Projects

Traveller Context Framework
A qualitative study to uncover the contextual factors travellers experience during their journey and how they affects their experience. Through 7 focus groups in different locations in the Netherlands, a framework was established. Publication pending.
Traveller Context Framework

Literature review | Focus groups

Traveller Information Needs
A combination of stated and revealed preference studies to understand travellers’ information needs during regular and disrupted journeys, using a one-off survey and a two-week diary study in which participants tracked their travels.
